The company that covers this route is called "Auto Res" (the same one that connects Salamanca to Barajas airport) and tickets can be bought online at www.avanzabus.com.

The bus station "Estación Sur" can be reached either by taxi or by underground (METRO). If your flight lands at Terminal T1, you need to reach Terminal T2 to get the METRO (there is a free bus shuttle running from Terminal T1 to T2). If your flight lands at Terminal T4, there is a metro station in the same terminal that leads to Madrid city center in about 25 min. In any case, you will be using line 8 of the METRO and should get off at "Nuevos Ministerios" station. From there take Line 6 up to the Station "Mendez Alvaro", where the Bus Station "Estación Sur" is located.

The Salamanca Bus Station is the last stop of this line. The station is very close to the city center and you do not need to take a taxi. However, taxis are available and should not be expensive.
