Registration fee includes:

  Welcome Cocktail
  Attendance to the Conference
  Coffee breaks
  2 days Lunch (Wednesday and Thursday)
  Cocktail during the poster session
  Visit to the Ieronimus Tower (Cathedral)
  Conference dinner
  Conference bag (notebook, usb pen with the book of abstracts, tourist information)

Registration procedure

As registration and payment confirmation will be sent by email, each person registering is requested to use a distinct e-mail address.

Registration proceeds in two steps:

 1st step: Pre-registration. Please click in the following button fill in the form and validate it. Be careful to select the correct fee.

 2nd step: You will then receive an email with the link enabling you to fully register to the conference.

Note: once the payment has been done, the invoice can be downloaded from the registration page or can be requested to registration@universitas.usal.es

To qualify for student status, advisors should send an email on behalf of their student to: imampc2014@usal.es prior to registration.

Registration will open on January 15th, 2014

The deadline for the abstracts submission is May 15th, 2014

Registration will close on June 28th, 2014
